I took my car (2008 Honda Fit) after taking it somewhere else (I know, right?) and was blown away by the customer service.
First, it was my first time there, parked in a weird area and than just kinda wandered the bays until I made eye contact with someone and got help. Not awkward at all.
Second, cause I was just s drop in they weren't gonna hoist my car up and let me look with them (I already had a rough idea what needed done anyway).
They gave me a ride home AND picked me up.
I was given a quote by (sorry I forgot your name) who was friendly, gave me a quote on paper, a break down of it, and why. AND than, AND than, this poor man answered every question I could think of (I like my car).
When I brought my car back to be worked on, I asked more questions (all were answered) and I was given a ride back home. I got a phone call roughly when they said I would and picked me up. I know it isn't typical, but my quote was a couple bucks than the bill was.
I am a happy camper all around and will be a return customer.

It was a pleasure dealing with Clydesdale. After calling several shops in the Nanaimo area, I decided to take it to Port instead. I am sure happy I did. They did great work, in a timely manner, at a good honest price.

Being from out of town and having an unfortunate transmission problem ( rock through the pan) our tow truck driver suggested Clydesdale Auto to leave vehicle at for repairs . We are very thankful for the suggestion . They not only fit us in but were very clear on repairs that were needed/ made ( nothing unnecessary) kept in touch us the entire time. Vehicle is like new again .. thanks so much Kelly & crew .. ?

Kelly, would for sure remember us. 3 Australian's struggling to find their way back to Vancouver. My car had huge problems that without assistance we would've of been able to make it back to the mainland. Within 24hrs Kelly and another gentleman i did not get the name of ordered a part for my car fixed and replaced the problem and we were all on our merry way. I would without a doubt recommend this place, wonderful kind men who aren't out to rip you off. It was a pleasure, Port Alberni.
