Recently visited this healthcare centre and I’m totally impressed with the service. It’s a walk in clinic with many other facilities. I went with my two years old and waited for 1-2 hours for my number. There is a number system, if you go early(before 5.30pm) then I’m sure you will get the early number. Center is pretty clean and staff is very polite and helpful. Spacious center and big waiting area. Ample of parking spots available. I really like how they put their historic journey and appreciate all staff members by creating a memory wall. Definitely it’s a great option if your family doctor is busy and doesn’t have available appointments. Doctor was pretty cool and easy to talk with.

Regarding long term care: If you love your family do not let them rot here. There are some yes absolutely amazing nurses 100% which I would ask for anywhere but not enough good ones around the clock to take actual decent care. I have too many nightmare stories from this place and will never put anyone I love in here ever. Disorganized, u caring chaos.

Saw a doctor very quickly, was able to get an IV for fluids after not being able to eat or drink for days. They also gave me some medicine to help with my stomach. Feel so much better today. I've also taken my son here a few times and I've always had a good experience! Thank you.

I drove out to the Coaldale Health Centre twice now from lethbridge. Both times I didn't have to wait more than 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor. The nurses were very nice and Dr. Low was honestly a God send. He listened to my concerns and helped me in a timely fashion. He truly cares about the patients well-being and is very down to earth. If you don't want to wait more than 3hrs in Lethbridge, I recommend taking the quick drive out to Coaldale. It's well worth it.

I am so NOT impressed with this! Open until 1030pm. Arrived at 945pm with my son who had broken finger and the doctor had left because it wasn't busy!!!!! A doctor leaves urgent care before closing because they aren't busy? Seriously

I called this health center after I broke my foot to confirm that they do x-rays. Was told yes they do until 4pm but that I would have to be seen by a doctor first .... Obviously. My sister drives me there, we arrive at 3pm I hobble in and no one is around. I wait at the big front desk for 10 mins till a lady comes and tells me there is no doctor until 5. I explain that I called earlier, need an x-ray ect and am told I can wait till 5 to see the doctor, I tell her "but you stop doing x-rays at 4"?then she proceeds to tell me that maybe after they can call a x-ray tech in? But not really sure...... This is the front line receptionist. No clue what's available. How things work. Tells me to go peek into some door and see if there's another lady in there that knows something ...... Insane. Needless to say I hobbled myself out the door and ended up driving to Taber. The system in place at this urgent care is absolutely brutal. Staff seems clueless about simple day to day operations. Save yourself the pain and wait in emerg in Lethbridge or go elsewhere. Do not recommend.

Drove down 45 minutes on a Saturday afternoon after been sick for a week, walked in @2:15pm and they refused to take me in- due to being ‘full’ and still having 45 minutes to close. Disgusting lack of empathy, they couldn’t care less about people’s time and sickness. The girl at the counter had zero empathy and was definitely only concerned about going home at 3pm. Now I need to spend the rest of my weekend sitting at an emerg wasting my time and their time (cz clearly I’m not in an emergency and just really sick). Zero stars.
