Considering it is a Coast hotel you have to go in with really low expectations but my experience went low of low. There was pink staining in the shower which I get comes from the water residue, however it makes you wonder how often do they clean it. They had soap and lotion at the washroom sink in pumping containers and those were filthy. I don't like bar soap so I carry my own liquid so guess who quickly moved theirs out of the way.
The breakfast was your typical hotel included breakfast but online they showed a waffle maker but when we went down they had eggo waffles and a toaster? Some things need to be updated.
Another thing surprised me was that the room offered no water bottles in the fridge. It was 30 degrees outside. Luckily the location is convenient there is a no frills, dollarama and a few restaurants within a small distance.
If you are just there spending the night then this is a good place to stay, however if you want to go for longer I'd find somewhere else.

Everything was wonderful especially the staff! This review is very late but There is no forgetting Chaman and Brenda! My awesome experience began with walking in the door and being greeted by them. ||The rooms are nice the pool area is great. It was an awesome stay.

This hotel was absolutely horrible. I had booked a suite for the bride and groom five months in advance and confirmed that booking two months in advance (with confirmation emails in hand). The bride and groom arrived to be told that their room had been given to another guest AND that the hotel was fully booked so they could not accommodate them. After making my daughter (the bride) sit in the lobby for two hours crying on her wedding night, they finally found them a kitchenette but charged the groom $600 for it (despite the fact that I had pre-paid for their original room). We soon found out that other guests for the wedding were double charged by the hotel. And their handicapped room for my father was not handicap friendly. Overall, this was a horrible experience. Thankfully Expedia stepped up and moved the bride and groom to a better property with a full upgrade at no charge. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this location (I have stayed at many other Coast hotels and have always had a good experience - reading other reviews this seems to be a problem with the management and staff at this location).

They're out for lunch! Fake advertising!!!

Seriously! Tried to book their member rate promotion, which ends May 30. Website won't allow me to book. Called Central Reservation: said they can't either. Called hotel directly: said they can only offer the REGULAR rate at @287/night over the phone. What! Hello?!?!.
What a scam! They can't do anything. Fake promotioon advertised. They get your attention with the fake promo so they can charge you the regular rate. Pretty sneaky!

Great hotel for a quick weekend away! Came to Oliver/Osoyoos for my son’s hockey tournament. Rooms and lobby were extremely clean. Comfortable beds. My kids enjoyed the pool and workout room. Breakfast area was large and a decent amount to choose from. Would definitely stay here again

Awful check in experience with the group we went with. Our reservations were not matching our emailed confirmations, the manager was rude along side another staff member. They called me at 10pm in the room on my second last night there while my child was sleeping and woke her up to ask for a credit card even though they already had it on file. The room itself was fine. Bed was broken underneath but still sleep-able. Showers weren’t fantastic. Breakfast was okay. The check-in staff were the biggest problem. Interrupted while we were speaking and questioned if I was listening to them while I was checking my email for my confirmation.

Absolutely disgusting. The room was filthy—popcorn on the floor, someone else’s hair in the bathroom, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. I broke out in a rash just from sitting on the bed. Front desk only offered to change the sheets because the hotel was “fully booked.” Totally unacceptable.
