I recently completed the Standard First Aid & CPR/AED course at Coast2Coast First Aid and Aquatics in Oakville, and I had an excellent experience!

The course was well-structured, informative, and hands-on, making it easy to understand and apply essential life-saving skills. A special mention to our instructor, Dr. Adel, who was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly, creating a relaxed and engaging learning environment. He made even the complex topics feel simple with real-life examples and practical demonstrations.

I now feel much more confident in my ability to respond in an emergency situation, thanks to the quality of this training. I would highly recommend this course—and especially Dr. Adel—to anyone looking to get certified in first aid and CPR.
