We have been fortunate enough to work with Cochrane Community Midwives on several occasions and couldn't be happier with the experience(s). The entire team has been incredible to work with and have made my wife's (and mine) experience special.
Such a positive and supportive approach, and the team is incredibly knowledgable.
Jillayne has gone above and beyond for our family, despite our recent move to Red Deer. I can't say enough good things about CCM!

I really did have a wonderful experience with EVERYONE here; however, during my labour my midwife was not present. I was 41+4 with baby number two when I took castor oil. When I called her and said how intense my contractions were she advised me to call back when my contractions were 45 seconds long, they were 30 seconds long. The issue here is she was a 30 minute drive away. Shortly after my water broke and I felt like baby was coming so fast and I had to call an ambulance to be with me as I didn’t want to be alone with just my husband and when I say baby was coming - baby was COMING! It wasn’t a mere 15 minutes later he was born. I really wish considering this was my second baby and second babies usually happen really fast, that she would have known to be there with me. I am not naming her because I really do like her. Just feel disappointed and really wish she was here when I needed her. Everything else though was top notch! I also wanted to add that I know she felt really bad about not being there.

We had a wonderful experience here: I felt very cared for through pregnancy and Vivian was absolutely incredible during our daughter's birth!
The postpartum care was also wonderful to have. Thank you so much for making our daughter's arrival so beautiful
