My son attends this studio and does piano lessons with Matthew and I couldn’t be more pleased with his experience. I'm very impressed with his progress after such a short period of time. We are both so happy he got Matthew as his teacher; he's so sweet and knows how to teach in a compassionate way that my son understands and genuinely looks forward to his lesson.
I have appreciated every step from his enrolment to current; Joe has been very attentive and the line of communication is always open with any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend the Cochrane Music Academy for any family looking to introduce their children (or even adults) to the music world!

Very responsive and organized. Thoroughly enjoyed my on boarding with Joe. I like how I get friendly reminders about my lessons each week. I also like that the organization can accommodate if my teacher is not available. I have no cancellations. My instructor Charity is fantastic. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic and supportive. I am retired so this it’s been a fun experience to learn an instrument.

We decided to enrol our son to try guitar lessons at Cochrane Music Academy after our friends raved about their experience with their kids. After a month of lessons, our middle daughter showed interest in learning violin. Both teachers have been great, the timing works well for us, and the communication from management is top notch. So when our oldest daughter decided she wanted to learn drums, it was an easy decision.

Exceptional Piano Lessons with Hayden Tronnes!

My daughter began piano classes with Hayden at Cochrane Music Academy in June 2024, starting from level zero. Her progress has been incredible! Hayden’s extensive experience with both piano and other musical instruments is evident through his unique and fun teaching methods. He keeps lessons engaging, and my daughter never gets bored. I highly recommend Cochrane Music Academy and Hayden to anyone looking for an outstanding music teacher!

Both teachers were engaging and flexible to help her achieve her personal goals. This place is the place! It has been life changing for us as our kids have the opportunity to learn Violin the proper way from an early age. We have seen such a dramatic increase in ability in less than a year and are very optimistic this will continue. The instructor Sophie allows a comfortable pace and is very encouraging. I would highly recommend this place to anyone hoping to pick up some new skills. I know we will be back and hopefully sign up for more lessons.

At the tender age of forty one, I decided to learn piano. I am fortunate enough to have connected with the Cochrane music academy who embraced my desire to learn. My instructor Haena is an amazing teacher who is patient and diligent with me, and encourages progression at a digestible pace. Highly recommended!
