They don't pay their employees, they allow employees to sleep on the job and don't fire them. Their office staff is very hostile, they blame you for the wrong banking information when I literally gave them a copy of a void cheque. If you love your family members, stay away from this place. They clearly don't have the wellbeing of their clients or staff in their best interest.

Honestly, incredibly disappointed by the lack of communication from this organization. I submitted an application in early October of 2022. When I hadn't heard back for a couple of weeks, I decided to phone and see if my application was recieved to which I was assured by reception that they had it on file and my son was on the waitlist which was currently 3-6 months. 5 months later, I phoned to check on the waitlist and was told again that it was a 3-6 month wait. It's now been nearly a year and a half, and I have had zero communication with this agency. I have left messages with reception for the intake coordinator, left voicemails for the intake coordinator and have emailed her yet never once recieved a response. Honestly, I don't even think they have my son on a waitlist. I understand there is a staffing crisis and all agencies currently have waitlists, but I don't think asking them to return a phone call or even an email for reassurance is unreasonable.
