Very impressed with the service and the cooler that I received from Concord. They were fast at responding and their pricing was very competitive. Upon installation of my cooler they immediately removed the previous cooler and left the area neat and clean.

Called about a broken door hinge for a COLDCO 3 door freezer and left a message. Within minutes they called back and they new what I needed and mailed it out the next day. Recieved within 48 hours and our door hinge was fixed and were back in business. Thanks guys great service and will be back when something else maybe needed. cheers, Paul

We were looking for a fridge and a freezer for our new store and we needed them real fast, we looked online and came across CONCORD STORE EQUIPMENT, we called and spoke to Sasha, made an appointment and we were there the next day, very friendly atmosphere and easy to deal with, Sasha showed us a few options after we told him what we need and within 15 minutes we decided to make the purchase, they delivered the items the day and time they said they were going to do so, it was as easy as 1,2,3.

Sasha met with me after regular hours to accomodate me. Then, rather than make me feel rushed, he took the time needed to answer any and all of my questions. They have an above average selection and better than average pricing. To top it off most if not all of what I ordered is IN STOCK, NO WAITING!!!. You can't get better, don't bother looking, you'll just waste your time and money. My only regret so far is not coming here first. Great work Sasha, I will definitely be sending more business your way!

We brought 2 coolers, 1 freezer for our new store from Concord store equipment, they told before deliver they will proper check and will deliver in nice and clean condition with 3 months warranty. That's why we paid much more money, delivery charge, HST on all...just because peace of mind to long use. They take all money before. When they deliver coolers, were very dusty some light bulbs missing, some thermometer.. since 1st week we call that water keep dripping from cooler and they are not agree anything at all they keep asking questions and try to make us nervous and giving just explanations. they were not replying voice message or e mails !
