Had the most incredible experience at Connect Hearing! Went in to be proactive on my hearing as I am younger but my family is concerned. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with such friendly staff and walked away educated and comfortable with my experience. Pam was incredible and so easy to talk to. Strongly recommend going in to see her, she truly cares and wants to help. Thanks to all the staff. I will be back for my yearly check up!!

Great atmosphere! Love the new building with its bright colours and big windows!!! Laurie is fantastic and always a big help. Lorne is terrific as well. Great assets to an amazing team!!! The customer service goes beyond any expectation when it comes to servicing my hearing aids or getting in for programming…or just simply need batteries. Always there best place to go for my hearing needs!!!

Great experience with pam! This was my first hearing test so I was quite nervous with what to expect. She made it a breeze by explaining everything before she did it. Amazing and friendly staff, very personable and just one big family!
