I have been getting my 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 serviced here exclusively for years, it has just rolled over 777,777km and still running strong thanks to Scott and his team. Hands down the best place to get service done on your vehicle.
My Ram Rebel had an issue this morning and left me stranded. Scott wasted no time in getting a service vehicle to my location and got the truck back to their shop. Immediately they diagnosed the issue and have gone to get the part to help me on my way. I can’t thank them enough and highly recommend Country Chrysler for all your automotive needs. Their customer first, no bulls*** approach will keep me coming back for years to come.

Top notch service!!! My daughter and I were traveling from Alaska to South Carolina and my window got stuck part way down. I called the service Dept to see if they could possibly take a look at it and get it back up. They actually did get the window back up and we had our dog with us and they were all so kind. If you live in this area please make this your service shop. They are definitely amazing!!! Thank you!!

The service here is amazing. Twice now I’ve been in High River by myself with my 10 month old baby and something happened and they accepted us right away - once for needing coolant and once for a flat tire. Both times they took care of me and got it fixed asap. The staff are so friendly and don’t make me feel stupid even though I’m just a girl haha my husband also agrees that the services we’ve had previously were exceptional and the best part is they call you before they do something on your vehicle which is huge plus for us! We can’t recommend them enough and will be taking our vehicle here always.

The level of service for both of our vehicles is far more than expected. The Service Department at Country Chrysler should be made the standard measure of all Chrysler Dealers for the level of service provided. Absolutely incredible service from Scott and his team!

I Took my 5500 to a different dealer with PTO and transmission issue, and was sent away after the truck was held for 3 weeks. They stated it was not anything on the dodge system but the outfitter who installed the picker.

After driving 8 hours to have the outfitter check over the equipment and tell me the issue had nothing to do with them, and that no one had seen or heard of this problem before. I got referred to Scott and his team.

They had the truck in diagnosed, and fixed within a couple days. All while going above and beyond to ensure the problem was solved and not reoccur again.

I would highly recommend anyone to bring their vehicles to this dealership, and for any of my repairs in the future I know I will strictly be coming back regardless of the commute.
