As a member of the Duncan Cowichan Chamber of Commerce, the information centre is a vital stop for locals and tourists. They have expansive knowledge of the businesses that operate in the Valley and have spectacular displays that are both culturally inclusive and feature all the highlights of the valley. You will receive excellent feedback and recommendations from staff and volunteers happy to answer any questions you like.

I own a local limousine transprotation service if you are in need of transportation for you and your guests or hosts while visiting or enjoying the Cowichan Valley!

Stopped by this place before viewing the totem poles, etc. Very helpful and friendly people here. Gave us a map to the totem poles and told us good spots to park. Thank you, ladies! We enjoyed Duncan very much.

The staff here are so knowledgeable! We told them that we are traveling with 4 children between the ages of 10 and 7, and they made some excellent, age-appropriate recommendations.

The building is accessible and dog friendly. Washrooms are very clean. In the hallway, across from the toilets, is a rack of business cards from local business owners.
