Timing is AWFUL. Aside from that, decent drivers, decent busses. Some stops don’t include bus routes though. If I miss a bus I take daily, it’s a 2 hour wait for the next one.

Recently went to transdev office to meet the manager to know about the jobs but a lady at the front always sounds like racist. When asking for a manager get the answer that they are busy so i am asking to a company that is it really that hard to meet a manager or is it the lady who dont want to enter any other community in the company?

Horrible communication BC transit should include all buses when you call there help line but instead Cowichan valley has there own transit line google says there info line is open 24 hours but I'm calling at 7:30am to get assistance to help me with the transit and there office is closed til 8am. Makes me mad cause I have a doctors appointment and there system is not reliable. Get it together transit. You make it hard for people to commute to places.

The only thing that's worse than Duncan's taxi companies is the transit system. The last bus from my home to my workplace is four hours before I start work, and the first bus going home from my workplace is two hours after I'm off work. If you offered me $100 and a bus pass and told me it was both or neither, I'd decline because you having a bus pass meant that you gave money to this flaming pile of garbage.
