Crazy Stitch has been fantastic to work with. They have done custom designs for me on a tight timeline and everything turned out so beautifully. They are easy to work with and the variety of products they can customize is mind blowing! So great! I had some hoodies, hats and toques done for some christmas gifts recently. I was happy with the design and timeliness of the product. The staff were easy to work. I had a small concern and it was dealt with immediately and the item was remade. It was a pleasure to shop small and shop local.

Pretty disappointed.... ordered custom hats over four weeks ago was told it would take 2 weeks.. 3 weeks go by not a word so I gave her a call and she assured me they would be done this week. I called today only to find out that they haven't even been started and the one hat never even showed up which was not mentioned in our phone call the week prior, she then tells me she will hopefully have them done by end of day. 5 o'clock comes around and no word so I call and get ignored so I go into the store where she then tells me they still have not been started with no apology no timeline nothing so I decided to just cancel the order. Not a single phone call to let me know or keep me updated as I am a very understanding person or even an apology. I was really looking forward to doing local business but with terrible customer service like I was given I'll never go back.
