Yesterday our furnace decided to quit on us and we called Cross heating and air conditioning. The dispatcher I spoke with was very sympathetic with our situation and assured us that if not last night, then first thing in the morning, a technician would come to address our situation. We were fortunate that the technician came early this morning and had the situation resolved within 45 minutes and we have heat! Mika, the technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and let us know what the problem was, and how he was able to rectify it.
A huge, thank you to both the dispatcher and the technician!

Top notch service from this company from the get go they showed up on monday dec 23rd to have a look and installed a new Furnace on Dec 27th 😁
Both employees who showed up on Dec 27th to install our new furnace were absolutely a pleasure to deal with,very polite,knowledgeable and they took pride in their job.
After being runned around by another local company and put us off to no ends with very poor communication and lack of service and follow through from KDG PLUMBING we decided to give a different company a chance.
Cross heating saved our holidays after running on space heaters for 3 weeks we can relax in warmth for the new years.
I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who asks and going forward in the future I will call them back for future services 😀

Cross Heating and AC recently installed a Heat Pump System. They totally impressed us from start to finish. Jeff very knowledgeable, quoting multiple options that would work for our home and budget. Technicians Doug and Dave very efficient and professional, so respectful of our home. Cleaned up inside and out you would hardly know they had been here. Our AC unit was working but not well during the heat wave a few weeks ago so we made a request online to have someone from Cross come out and look at our unit. The response time was great as was the level of contact (email, phone, etc.). Melissa helped get everything scheduled and kept us up to date as to when the tech would be here. Micah was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to walk us through his findings and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a great first experience with Cross and are glad they were recommended to us.

We needed to have our old & leaking water tank replaced before causing a Christmas disaster in the house, and we are more than happy for selecting Cross Heating for the job.
From obtaining a quick quote and explanations from Jason to the timely scheduled installation, which was done right on time, we have been impressed with the level of service and professionalism from all Cross Heating staff. Many thanks to all!
The whole process went very smooth, still hard to believe it in the light of past experiences with other companies. It goes without saying that we will use Cross Heating services again and we strongly recommend it for those in need of installing a water tank, furnace, ac or other similar units.

We were very happy with the service we received from the guys who installed our heat pump. They were very courteous and explained everything we needed to know on the operation of the heat pump and the humidifier. All the people at Cross Heating & Air Conditioning have been really nice and informative these last few weeks that we have been setting this installation up.

Had some issues with a noisy A/C unit earlier this summer. Fairly new to the house so had not ever had any appliances serviced. Cross Heating & A/C responded promptly and sent a service tech out the next day. Problem was resolved right away. Did an assessment of the other gas appliances while there. Called a couple of days later to make sure everything was still ok. Will definitely call Cross again should there be any further issues.
