Been there a number of times over the years. A good place to fit out your IFAK. A bit pricey but I always think you get what you pay for. Wouldn’t buy tourniquets there though.

First off these are the friendliest people i have ever met. I was in there re-stocking my slimline ifak, the woman who helped me was incredibly kind, personable and knowledgeable. Service was quick, affordable, and the quality was out of this world. I will definitely be back in the future. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

This is without question the best place to get first aid / trauma supplies in Canada. Prices are very competetive, they have all the top quality stuff. Although they supply military and law enforcement , they have lots to offer civilians such as myself and are friendly and helpful

Industry leaders in tactical medicine. Outstanding service and carry only the best product. Quality training, that some very hugh profile units depend on, right down to the everyday hunter, shooter or police officer. Staff is amazing, they always have a lot of quality insight on their product and are more concerned with you getting what you need then making money.

Been there once and the staff were super friendly and helped me with all my questions. Very great quality gear, expensive but you get what you pay for! Some of the best kit I have seen!

I ordered an IR velcro flag patch ($42) and some 'Outdoor Research: IronSight' gloves ($35) from them earlier this year.

The cost of shipping wasn't charged for some reason, so I received a message two weeks later explaining the issue clearly and that I had to resend some info. The staff were polite and helpful. The order was shipped one week after I gave them my payment info again.

When I received the order, the packaging for the flag patch had an original price of $31.00 CDN near the barcode that had been crossed out with black marker, but was still visible! Since ordering, the gloves have jumped up in price to $50.

I'm not sure what reasoning they had for overcharging on the flag patch and trying to hide it, or why these gloves are almost 15 bucks more expensive than any other Canadian retailer, but I feel ripped off.

These guys are the real deal. It's well known in the industry that these guys are the national go to shop. Made a stop while in town and they were more than happy to sort out something for the average user.
