The very first ice cream shop that didn’t offer any samples before ordering! She said, “No samples since we are very busy,” which wasn’t the case compared to many other high-end ice cream shops that are genuinely busy and still take care of their customers by providing samples. I ended up ordering the basic vanilla, which was okay, but my family ordered different flavors and didn’t like them, finding them mostly too sweet.

We were looking forward to making a stop here on our trip. They sold many items that, reminded me of Amsterdam. There were plenty of dairy products on offer, and I absolutely love the ice cream here. My personal favorites were cotton candy, mango cream, and shark bite. Shark bite was the best!"

We stopped at D Dutchmen Dairy for our cow crazy child, and she was in heaven! The kids immediately ran to the barns to check out the Holstein cows and calves. They lived being able to pet them and take photos of them.

We then visited the other parts of the farm that house various types of birds, played in the tractor area before stopping for some ice cream. The lineup was quite long, but it moved fairly quickly. They have a large selection of in-house made ice creams. We all greatly enjoyed our choices. I did find the peaches and cream did not have much peach flavour though, which was disappointing, but the peppermint patty was very tasty and flavourful.

Parking is definitely not the easiest to find and many park along the road, so be mindful of children and pedestrians.

We'll definitely stop again while driving through.

Was looking forward to making a stop here on our trip from Revelstoke to Kelowna. They sold many things here which had the Netherlands vibe. There were many dairy products on offer. Their blocks of flavoured cheese looked so good. We settled with trying their curd and milk (both regular and chocolate). The milk was so good and we have yet to try the curd.

Been looking forward a long time and it certainly did not disappoint. I've cream was fantastic. All kinds of fresh dairy available. Kids really enjotee seeing the animals as well. Definitely recommended to check out!
