During the storm last night we realized our new snowblower was not working! My husband contact Dan via an internet search. He picked up our snowblower this morning and returned it within 2 hours for a very reasonable cost!! I read other reviews and was skeptic so but after this experience I highly recommend!!

This fella “repaired” snow blower and replaced the starter-charged $300. Worked for a short while then had to get someone else to repair same thing again, as apparently he didn’t replace the starter at all. My New repair service person said it was still original starter. When I tried to get in touch with him to talk about it and ask for my money back, he ghosted me. Completely. Over and over again. Then I saw I was going out of business and now he’s back in business. I would never go there.

Dan was immediately kind and polite via the initial phone call. He quickly offered some helpful advise, and next I was on my way to his place of Business to get my repairs done in a quick, thorough and very affordable manor!

I will return should I have another small engine issue as Dan made it easy for this guy.

I only gave one star cause ther le was no option for zero. I brought my lawn mower in on a Tuesday afternoon. A gentleman there said it would be ready in 2-3 days. I called back on Thursday and Friday. No answer and the gate was up on his driveway saying he was closed. He took off on vacation without so much as a phone call to say it wouldn't be done. I had a family BBQ that weekend and if I hadve know he was gonna be on vacation I never would've left it with him. He just left us high and dry with no return call. He also said when we dropped it off that it would cost approximately $40 for the repair, if it was more he would call me. Again no call. He just went ahead and fixed it and two weeks later after I hadn't heard from him, he decides he's gonna charge me $70 without contacting me first. I talked to my neighbour when I had to burrow her lawnmower before my event and she said he did the same thing to her. She will never return there and neither will I. Watch out he will eventually do it to you too.

Dan is simply the BEST in the business in all categories ....Immediately attentive, corteous,knowledgeable, honest and always polite. And, when he fixes it it's done right. I have never known or delt with someone more customer diligent in all my 70+ years.
