You can tell it’s a great family-run shop with honest, hardworking people who take pride in what they do. I gave this shop a chance because I wanted to support local shop, but I truly regret it. I'm extremely disappointed! I urge you not to take your vehicle here! I brought our car in for an oil change and to replace the passenger side headlight, which was the ONLY light not functioning. In the end, I paid more than the original quote—twice as much. I accepted it, as they claimed it was due to LED lighting. After driving the car off their lot, I noticed the right turn signal wasn't working. They took the car back and fixed it in about ten minutes without charging me, which I appreciated. However, the next day, I discovered that the right park light was also out. I returned to the shop, and they informed me the bulbs had burnt out, but again, they didn't charge me. While that was good customer service, I can't help but think they should have checked all the lights to ensure they were working properly before giving me the vehicle back. Unfortunately, that’s not all. A few days later, I noticed a dent near the right headlights. Upon inspecting under the hood, we found a screw and two components that weren’t reattached, along with missing bolts. This was a very shoddy job by the mechanic! We trusted them and paid the amount they asked, only to end up with damage to our vehicle, and we have no idea what else might be broken or missing. If you rely on mechanics to take care of your car, please steer clear of this shop at all costs!

I brought my Escalade here last month needing a full transmission rebuild. They got it in and started working within the hour, I got my ride back in 2 days. I found that to be an extremely impressive turnaround time. They didn't charge me a dime more than the original quote and so far so good with the new trans. My dad also brought his truck in needing some pretty major work on that same day and they got that done in just over a day also. Keep in mind this was without any notice, 2 separate vehicles needing extensive work and both were ready to be picked up within 2 days! Extremely happy with the results, thank you DC auto team.

Great work... friendly, helpful, accommodating, I have had 4 used vehicle inspections done here and a variety of services and repairs. Don't have to wait a long time for appointments or for work to be completed.

Pretty poor diesel mechanics specifically on dodges had 3 transmissions done in diffrent trucks from there first failed immediately and has now failed a second time at 10000km second lasted 10000km and 3rd made it 3000km. They also don’t like to put bolts back in proper places. And if they do put bolts in then expect them to be loose or stripped or cross threaded had to fix a lot of stuff after it came back from there shop. Wish there was less then 1 star to give honestly done waste your time there’s many better places out there

Edit tired to email and won’t go threw I ended up rebuilding my own transmission after it failed clutch packs but our when I told Darcy there was a issue he said it’s normal to run warm but not 260 warm on any trailer I put it on if you want you can call me and can talk about it either way not impressed with work and lies

F-150. It was awesome that you had a rebuilt transmission in stock and could get it replaced and on the road again. It's never convenient to have a break down, but the service was exactly as discussed and got us going. New transmission shifts great and we can back up again!
