I went to this school for two years, and it was awful. The fights and bullying is another level. The staff barely do anything about it. Do not send your kids here

The bullying I’ve seen at this school is horrible. However, I would like to remark that the staff are NOT nearly as bad as it seems. The band and gym teachers are both really kind and caring people as well as some of my homeroom teachers. Students rarely take accountability for their actions. Either the punishment is too far or too mild. A kid jumped another kid with a few friends and all that happened was that he had to stay in the office for the rest of the day. Another time one student (Female) was dress coded for wearing shortish shorts after the student had changed she got another dress code violation and was left crying. Although the school has great academy’s I wish to see improvement near the punishments given to kids.

Unfortunately, this school holds nobody accountable for their actions. Teen mental health is at an all time low, the admin are aware of the issues and refuse to be held accountable. The admin team seem so disconnected from the school and dismissive of everything the students say, and don’t want to listen to the parents.

The teachers, so far have been pretty good. They could definitely have a ton more resources and have more ability to hold the kids accountable.

This school is one of the worst schools in ab, the bullying is out of hand and No one dose anything to stop it, you can't wear hats but there is literally people wearing tails and walking like animals like tbh that shouldn't be appropriate for a public place. And this school is why I'm unhappy and don't like my self u was a completely different kid before I came here

This is the worst school I’ve ever been to. They seem to do nothing about the bullying issues and the teachers get mad at everything we do. We can’t defend our selves because apparently that’s unacceptable but they allow bullying🤷🏼‍♂️ worst school in Alberta by far

I absolutely hated this school so glad i got out of this place this place ruined my self esteem and confidence. I barely talk to people because of the amount of times I was yelled at from teachers and faculty. Do not send your kids here.

the bullying is sooooo bad and the princaple does nothing about it and also the teacher 7/10 don't properly do their job. DON'T SEND YOUR KIDS HERE THEY WILL HATE IT. 99/100 percent of the time
