Hipólito did an excellent job to handle all the preparation when my mother passed away, from collecting her body from the hospital, selecting the type of service, materials for the cremation, picking up clothes and people to and from the service at funeral home and delivering my mother’s ashes to my work place. We chose this funeral home based on positive reviews, but our experience was disappointing. The funeral director initially handling our arrangements got the date of our mom's death wrong, ordered the wrong casket, and requested payment be dropped off on the day of our initial meeting. Although we were compensated for the mistakes, nothing can erase the emotional pain we endured. Deborah, the funeral director who took over, was helpful, but overall, management was disappointing. I hope no family has to go through what we did.

It goes without saying that loosing our loves ones can feel like the most heart-wrenching experiences. We lost our dad late last year to cancer just before Christmas. These things are never easy.

The staff at Delta Funeral Home really eased the pain and the process for us. They are incredibly sincere and were professional the whole way through. We could not have asked for more from Doug and his team.

I must also share that Geneva Grey had done a wonderful job managing, designing, and coordinating on the custom install of our father's bronze headstone.
