Excellent hotel, 5 star star. Stayed here for work as it was reasonably priced for the area- while a bit outside the city. Staff welcomed me with a happy belated birthday note severs days after my birthday, with a room upgrade and a small hand written note and gift. Very thoughtful gesture! I did not eat on site but the casino side has restaurants/ bars to choose from.

Pantry is well stocked. Rooms and hotel were very clean, lovely pool deck area outside but the staff was beyond great. Travel a lot for work and was blown away with the polite and professional team here. Will stay here again!

We booked this hotel as we wanted to visit Vancouver after our Alaska cruise. The 6 adults had 2 rooms. Since most everything else was booked for a convention and overly expensive, we found this place. The hotel is clean and very inviting. The rooms were good size, very clean, and quiet. We arrive early in the morning from the ship and only 1 room was ready so we stored all our luggage there. The front staff was extremely nice and helpful, and offered to store our luggage if needed. They had a very small continental breakfast room with very little to offer. This was only available to some guests and should be available to all guests. This was the only negative to our stay. The UBER's to downtown are around $50, so plan on that if you stay this far out of town.

Super clean, super easy, and super chill. Check-in was a breeze, the room was spotless, and there was enough parking to host a family reunion. Modern vibe, comfy beds, and everything just works. Honestly, it’s like the hotel version of “no drama.” Loved it.

Corey at the front desk was amazing when I checked in at nearly 2 am! He was friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. He greeted me later in the morning with information I asked about earlier. |Asya in the Spa was also friendly and a very good massage therapist. I'd recommend her anyday.|My room, the facilities are top notch. The food was good, service was excellent! |So why Average and not Excellent, because of two other people on the facility.|I made my massage appointment. I didn't check email so I missed a request for information that I could have easily handled from my laptop. I went and was berated by Chelsea who said she was the manager. She wanted me to do it then and I requested paper as it's difficult for me to fill out forms on the small phone screen. She said she didn't have paper. I had issues with it and finally she gave me paper which asked for the same info I already provided twice so i saw no need to add it a 3rd time and completed the rest of the form. So she left and got Sam, the General Manager who came in and was disrespectful immediately. I showed him my issue with the small screen and how it would not take my info.. The whole issue could have been a non issue if she had done that when I first walked in. Thirty minutes later, my massage started. |I had enough of Chelsea's berating me. I am celebrating 73 years on this earth and have no problem giving it back. She was not helpful, rude and nasty. Had I not travelling 16.5 hours to get to Vancouver and didn't have a sore body, I would have not continued and walked out of the spa. |The rest of the staff deserve Excellents. If you care at all about being treated like a human being and not just a walking dollar sign, AVOID Delta Hotels by Marriott Vancouver Delta at all costs.

Due to an unforeseen situation, my family needed a last-minute hotel while waiting for our cruise to depart from Vancouver, BC. We had just flown in, were without a car, and needed to stay in the city of Vancouver. Somehow, a reservation was accidentally made by my 12-year-old child at this completely wrong location — well outside the city we actually needed to be in.

As soon as we realized the mistake — which was almost immediately after the booking — we attempted to cancel the reservation. But because it was past check-in time, Delta Hotels flat-out refused to cancel, claiming a ridiculous 24-hour notice policy. They pushed us off to Hotels.com (who we booked through), who then told us only the hotel could approve the cancellation. So we were caught in a loop of finger-pointing with zero actual help from either party.

It became painfully clear that Delta Hotels couldn’t care less about customer service or extenuating circumstances. They had their money, and that was all that mattered. No empathy. No flexibility. No integrity.

What kind of hotel holds a family hostage over a booking made by a child, especially when they were notified immediately and never even checked in? It was a clear and honest mistake, and they had the ability to fix it — they just chose not to.

Shame on Delta Hotels by Marriott for their cold, corporate greed and lack of basic human decency. In all my years of travel, this stands out as one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. You lost more than a reservation — you lost any future business from my family and anyone who asks for a recommendation

Super welcoming staff, both at reception and at the guest appreciation event we ate at. ||Room was spacious (we travelled with two of our adult children), spotless, with a great bathroom. ||Beds were very comfortable. ||A super place to stop after a 10.5 hour flight from Europe, en route to Vancouver Island. ||Breakfast in the place next to the casino was good, too.||Highly recommend the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Delta Hotels Vancouver Delta. The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, fast Wi-Fi, and convenient location. The on-site restaurant was a bonus — great food and service. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travel!

Hotel was modern and nice . |Casino was fun .|Spa was great.||Expensive for a hotel in the suburbs . Room price 340+tax = $400 but we knew that going in.||Restaurant had untrained staff , forgot drinks , appetizers came after dinner ,desert order forgotten ect. You can order food to your room from the restaurant for a 15$ surcharge to bring it up the elevator .|| Had a quick dip in the hot tub, was luke-warm . The pool area is advertised to close at 10pm but management asked everyone to leave 9:45 . Lots of kids sports teams there, maybe employees were getting tired of them, so were a bit abrupt? . Elevator has signs about horseplay, and getting fined if you jump in it.||We went as a couple spa experience (with we enjoyed ) but maybe more suited for a kids sports team crash spot.
