Six weeks ago, I needed an emergency appointment and managed to get in. Even though the staff was very pleasant, I was still left in the dark after my x-rays and examination with Dr. Michaiel. Not once did he give me an explanation as to what was the cause of my infection pain but rather just told me that he couldn't help me. Initially, I gave this business a five-star rating and after consideration, I deleted it because it didn't warrant it. I didn't even get a prescription for antibiotics and after three days, I needed to go back to ask for pain meds. If this is your way of customer service, I don't need it. 👎

I had such a great experience at Dentistry on 43. Dr. Woods was incredibly kind and down to earth. He’s very straightforward but never makes you feel bad if your smile isn’t perfect. Instead, he works with you on a personalized game plan, and if you want to do more later, you can discuss it without any pressure. That approach really stood out to me.

My dental hygienist, Mady, was also amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She had a big smile the whole time and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. I’ve honestly never felt this happy and relaxed at the dentist before.

The clinic itself is modern, comfortable, and very welcoming. Between the great atmosphere, Dr. Woods’ expertise, and the wonderful staff, I’ll definitely be coming back and will be a patient here moving forward.

By far the best dentist I’ve ever gone to, and I have gone to many. They are super accommodating & super friendly. Dr. Woods is fantastic to work with along with all of the hygienists. It may be a 30 minute drive away from me, however is 100% worth it.

I had a crown break off on a molar. Called and was seen the same day. I opted to have the remaining tooth removed. It went so smoothly! Dr. Woods was gentle and caring. I don't remember his assistants name but she too was awesome I couldn't have asked for better!

Dr Woods has been my dentist for some time. When he opened his own practice, it was absolutely common sense to follow him there. His personality is remarkable, he's caring and considerate. I believe that radiates to his staff, because everyone there shares the same vibe and I really enjoy going there.
