I just want to write a review of my experience using this business,
I needed to replace the battery in my iPhone. I was curious if this was something they could do and how much it would cost so I used the contact email on the website and got no response after two weeks.

I called last week and they said that replacing the battery was something that they could do and that they had the correct battery in stock and the price was 90 dollars plus tax for the replacement.

Went in yesterday (Sunday) and was told that the person that repairs phones doesn’t work on Sundays and to come between 11-7 today and he will be in.

Came in today at 3 and there was a sign saying that they are temporarily closed and to come back at 4.

Came back at 4 and dropped my phone off to a battery replacement. Was told to come back in a hour and I left an alternate number to reach me.

Returned at 550 and was told that they got busy and to return in 30 mins.

Was called about 20 minutes later and told my phone was ready to be picked up.

I picked up my phone, paid and left.

I’ve never worked hard to give someone my business before.

They took my phone in with less than ten minutes until closing. He stayed late installing a new screen. And did it right as I watched the whole process. Great service and pricing. I’ll b back, probably sooner than I like with my kids phones!

Two stars only because they offer drop off for major courier services. The place is hot and there was flies landing on me and the guy in-front of me. I walked in half an hour after opening and wasn’t greeted at all while the person working was staring at his screen and not even looking at the guy in front of me. Bad impression and he also said his service was slow which is why he couldn’t really help the guy in front of me. You’re device doctor and you don’t have service in your own business?

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable about devices. They also have a lot of choices of phone cases and other device accessories.

The space is conveniently located and lots of parking for customers!
