Tyee Chev came through for me! 100%!
From AB and drove some used vehicles here and contacted Todd to see if he had anything similar. He had a newer, less KMS vehicle, less price!
I flew to CR to pick it up. Excellent t quick service to ensure I got on a ferry on time to head home. As the vehicle was over 5 years old, AB requires an out of province inspection. Took this mint just checked vehicle to a local shop. They did not pass it and claimed needed work done. Tyee Chev contacted the local GM dealer, offered to pay for the new inspection. Passed with flying colours! Local dealer did NOT advise the tech of any issues and this vehicle did not need any work!
Kudos to Tyee for stepping up and helping to make things right!
Much appreciated! I hope I don't need a new vehicle any time soon, but will definitely work with Tyee Chev again!

Very friendly crew , giving a good service .They did what they said they would in a short time .In the meantime , coffee , tea , pops , snacks were available in a very comfortable , clean area .
I will definitely keep going there even though I don't live in Campbell River , it's worth the trip .
I am very happy with the visit and recommend Campbell River Nissan to everyone.

What a great experience! Alan went out of his way to come in on a Sunday, spend all the time we needed and only presented the facts and options without being a "salesman" but more of an ambassador for the dealership. Can't say enough good things about him and the experience. Just started dealing with their finance guy Joe and he seems great also. No pressure just information. Driving back up island to close the deal tomorrow. For anybody on the island, it's worth the drive to Campbell River.

I recently purchased a new 2017 GMC Acadia through Allen and he made the whole process seamless. The staff at dealership were helpful and friendly especially Todd, Allen and Yan. We were traveling on Vancouver Island a little north of Campbell River when our transmission went out. We had our truck towed here. Tyee was super helpful. They had a transmission on hand & put it in our vehicle within a couple days. They also helped us out with a courtesy car so we could continue our vacation while in Campbell River. So thankful for their help!
