The lady at Dr. phone fix was so helpful. It took two days to fix my phone. She was so patient with me. I had enough nervous breakdowns to last me a a lifetime, but the lady and the man that was there working on my phone. Where is patient as can be. I had to take the phone home the first night for to finish doing what it was doing and take it back the next day so that they could finish working on my phone. And they did they finished working on my phone and they fixed it. Hip hip hooray.!!! 😅😂🤣 I couldn’t be happier with Dr. phone fix. Thank you so much for fixing my phone.

Took my phone in for over heating issues and the phone shutting off you guys said you were replacing the screen was fine fora bit and had same issues a few days later, took it to apple they said you guys put in the wrong screen or a cheap knock of that’s not applicable to the phone causing all these problems and also voiding my warranty costing me 650 dollars to fix the phone don’t like being ripped off and would like someone to contact me immediately to fix this issue not impressed at all Bunch of con artists, when I called in the so called lady was very rude and argumentative telling me it must of been something I did and it’s not they’re fault I’ll have paper work from apple showing exactly what was done to the phone…..
