Le 18 novembre 2020 moncolis à 706$ à été volé et même avec le rapport de police vous refusez de me rembourser! Vous ne respectez pas la loi et vous allez perdre en cour! J'ai un rapport de police qui va prouver que vous avez tord de ne pas me rembourser mon 706$! Vous avez ma mise en demeure depuis plus d'une semaine et toujours sans réponse!!!

I recently had to take my brand new Dyson product in for service, and while the overall support was good, the process itself was quite frustrating.

The repair centre is only open four days a week for seven hours a day, which makes scheduling a visit really difficult. When I did get there, I had to wait almost an hour to be seen. There are only two technicians—both helpful and respectful—but it’s clear that more staff is needed to meet the demand.

Another major downside is the lack of phone support. No one ever answers, so you’re left without any direction or help before going in, which can be stressful.

That said, the service itself was professional and effective. I’m giving 4 stars only because of the lengthy and inconvenient process—otherwise, the service itself is worthy of 5 stars.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Dyson customer service and Mississauga service center.
Over 5 weeks ago I was advised by Dyson customer service to send my Airwrap to Mississauga location for service. Since then I have not received any communication nor update.
The customer service has no information on the status and told me to contact Mississauga service center.
I called the center multiple times but they never answer their phone.
This is not a service that you expect from a company like Dyson.
I would appreciate if someone could contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

Went this morning to bring in my fan and Vacuum for maintenance. Azeem was very kind and helpful with making sure I was all set to go, with my products working fine. It would be great if the hours were more extended, and even open on the weekends and if they were equipped with more staff to see to customers. Was happy overall with everything. thanks!

Horrible experience with Dyson, literally a nightmare!! ZERO stars!!
I own a Dyson Airwrap that’s less than a year old. I don’t use it much, yet it started making a rattling noise, like something was loose inside.
I called Dyson customer service, and at first, they seemed helpful. They sent me a return label — but when I looked closely, I saw the sender and receiver were both listed as me. I called again to get it corrected, and they told me I’d receive a new label within 1–2 business days. I waited a week. Nothing. I called again… and during that call I finally got the correct label.
I shipped the Airwrap and tracked it until it arrived at their facility a week later. Then — bizarrely — a week after they received it, I got another return label in the mail. I ignored it. Two weeks later, I called to check on the status. They told me they never received my machine! After a one-hour call with endless holds, we discovered they were tracking a completely different tracking number because the issued 3 return labels!!

I gave them my actual tracking number, and they said to call back in 1–2 business days for an update. I waited a full week. When I called again, they told me they couldn’t provide any update until the 21-business-day repair period was over. Excuse me? It’s my machine — why can’t I know what’s going on with it?

On the 22nd business day, I called again. No answers. They said they would escalate and email me that day with the updates. Nothing. I called later, and they told me to wait another 1–2 business days.

As of now, I still have no idea if my Airwrap is repaired, and I’m starting to suspect they lost it and are avoiding telling me.

The communication, accountability, and customer service have been beyond unacceptable. For such an expensive product, I expected professionalism and care — instead, this has been an absolute nightmare.

Drove all the way to get my airwrap repair. Yes, the line is long (45mins) but at least the techs are trying to fix the issues right there so there is no back and forth! Honestly, it was an amazing experience ….i got a new main body as the motor was dead (still under warranty). Thank you for making it so easy! Just for the service at this repair centre, i will recommend Dyson products.
