If a guy walks into a hardware store with an orange jumpsuit that has reflectors on it, an engine oil stained toque, whole body covered in sawdust, a carpentry pencil protruding from his front pocket, and a tidy black bag with a clipboard sticking out, what would you guess that guy is? If you guessed "carpenter", you'd be right. If you guessed "shoplifter", then you'd be just as dumb as the Sherlock Holmes wannabe who asked me to leave my bag at the till. I, for one, don't shop at places where I'm erroneously judged negatively for my appearance then immediately insulted, and neither should you.

I mean seriously, what shoplifter carries a clipboard!? Does he think I'm taking inventory of the stuff I'm supposedly stealing? Give me a break.

Big ups to Rona who now has my money instead.

Well usually pretty good,but in the last week was treated like my purchase seemed to be interfering with the cashiers book reading time. Not to mention tossing the debit machine across the counter at me. Not pleased with that kind of customer service.

Hands down one of the friendliest places Ive been to. From Patrick mixing up my paint, Mary ringing my order through and helping find the best price on plywood, to all the guys in the yard who are so helpful and funny.
I have to shop there about once a week and everytime I do, I leave with a smile. Everyone there is awesome!
