Cette communauté vit live dans Eaglemont Manor. Nous avons apprécié tous les avantages de l'établissement. While I lived in Eaglemont Manor, I enjoyed all its great features. The rec center is nearby, the parking lot is nice and heated, and the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. Moreover, the management staff listen to me all the time. Especially thanks to Deepam! I recommend this place!

I live here and I love it.
The Apt managers, cleaning staff and repair people are excellent.
It is a well maintained Apt. Bldg and the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom suites are so well layed out and comfortable.
Dogs, cats and other pets are welcome. It's right next door to the Beaumont Recreation Centre with hockey, swimming, indoor soccer, exercise equipment, rope climbing, walking trail, vending machines, snack bar open at 4:00 PM, meeting rooms,areas to watch different activities.
A really awesome place.
We are so fortunate to live a short walk from all these activities.
There are also walking trails and and open green space to run around in and beautiful trees and a bubbling stream within the trees for puppies to get wet or for you to walk in on a hot day.
Lovely covered balconies.
Well maintained lawns. Phone in entrance to protect residents.
Great views of sunrise and sunset.
Close to schools.

Lived for 2 years at Rue Eaglemont Manor. We had no issues with management because they were so prompt and quick in taking actions to concerns we brought forward. Residents were very friendly as well. Management were consistent with sending notifications and monthly calendar of events for residents to participate. Thank you for being our home for 2 years! 🙂

Our stay at Eaglemont Manor was quiet and peaceful. The building is very beautiful, always well maintained and cleaned. Property manager Deepam and leasing agent Regina were very friendly and professional. Thanks to them for making our stay a smooth and excellent one. I would highly recommend this place.

Our recent stay at Eaglemont Manor was superb. Me and my family of 5 stayed in a furnished 2bed room apartment for over 3 weeks.
The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable beds, super clean and nicely decorated living room and Kitchen are super spacious.
Resenable price include heated underground parking and internet access and TV cable.
Management staff is super nice and friendly to work with.
I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay long time or short time in Beaumont area. And I would definitely stay at this place again if needed.

We have lived in Eaglemont manor for the past 5.50 years. The only reason we are moving is because we got a job in another town and it is way to far to commute.
I have never had problems with the apartment or the residents. The general manager has always had time time to talk or text whenever we did have a request for maintenance . Thank you Deepam for always taking the time to help us out and get the maintenance work order processed rapidly.
I recommend this apartment complex to anyone that is looking for a great community and a home.

I lived in Eaglemont Manor for 1.8 years. Never had any issues with my neighbours. Maintenance requests were dealt promptly. Staff is also very helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay there.

A very nice quiet place. Clean and modern. The Manager Deepam made our 2 month stay worth while. Always seeking to accomidate. He was always motivated to resolve any neighborly issues and was eager to make our transition as smooth as possible. 4 stars for Eaglmont Manor and 5 stars for Deepam. Thankyou!! We will definitely rent again when we return.
