There are lots of issues at this school. Some of the teachers are great, alot of them aren't. They guard the library like it's fort Knox if your skipping, but they don't care if you go anywhere else in the school. So they'd rather you go home if you don't want to be in a class, instead of staying at the school to catch up in other classes. Lots of the teachers are lazy, and cater more to the kids who don't do anything instead of the ones who actually try to get schoolwork done. They also like to power trip majority of the time, acting like they're better than the students. It isn't all of the teachers though. Ms Gavey is fantastic, same with Mr Ninness, and I had the privilege of being taught by Mr Black before he retired. They also have very brain rotting rules in the library such as no food or drinks other than water allowed, even though there are tables that you work at. And in fact, the librarians are allowed to eat in the library (just not the students, because teenagers are so much messier than adults!). Also, the school rants and raves about not having enough funding for buying new computers to replace the very outdated Chromebooks, or to put ac in 3rd floor, or to purchase actual functioning weight room equipment, but have no issues redo-ing the gym floors several times in the last few years. Faculty really needs to get their priorities straight.

school sucks. no parking for students or for extra curricular activities, ive noticed a lot of weird behaviours people do here and nobody cares about it, theres barely a roof right now with some electrical wires hanging here and there. this school is a disaster and overall makes my mental health worse day by day.

I graduated from EESS in the class of 2008. I have always loved this high school. There are a tremendous amount of electives to choose from that most school could never accommodate. Every highschool has bullies, every school has smokers, and partners and so on. But so many of these students cane together in different clubs and classes I was in. The teachers are no different from any other public school that I attended, some have favourites, some are busy and unfortunately some really don't seem to care about some students but that's not going to be any different at any other local highschool. But the stuff still always help with school activities, sports and different clubs that show their support.

This school is literally cancer. Half of the teachers don't know what they're doing, the equipment is outdated, and the administration is incompetent.

It would be cheaper to tear this place down and rebuild it that it is to keep it standing. This place is falling apart
