Very disappointing experience. When I picked up my dog the condition was shocking. My dog came back with kennel cough despite being fully vaccinated. There were two visible wounds on both sides of the mouth which the vet said were likely caused by trying to push through or bite a metal cage possibly due to stress. On top of that my dog was returned covered in feces on the legs and rear a clear sign of neglect.

The food situation was equally frustrating. I had provided clearly measured portions with specific instructions yet a large amount of food was returned untouched. When I asked if my dog had already eaten that morning I was told none of the dogs had been fed yet because staff were busy receiving new arrivals. This indicates a lack of proper care and attention to the dogs’ needs despite the detailed onboarding paperwork.

Based on my dog’s condition it’s clear the facility is either overwhelmed with too many dogs at once or severely understaffed.

Left our two dogs for 7 nights over the Christmas holidays. They had a great stay and enjoyed playing with the other dogs. The daily pictures on the Facebook page are wonderful and you can see your pets at play. We even received a surprise picture of our dogs with Santa Claus.

I inquired about our puppy with the staff through Facebook Messenger and was answered quite promptly by Kienna.

We also used the grooming service to get them washed before picking them up.

I love this place! My dog loves it, she’s always running to the door when we get there. The employees are so understanding and caring of the dogs. They truly treat the dogs like it’s their pet. The owner is amazing and I truly enjoy the daily pictures of my dog playing with the other dogs and especially in the beautiful pond they have!

Miss Marley loves it, and we will continue to go back regularly.

We have been using Eastway Pet Resort (Limoges) for a few years. We usually their boarding services for our dog for a week or two at a time. Our dog seems to enjoy her time there, and we have no concerns leaving her in their hands.

Our puppy Ayla has been going to daycare at Eastway Limoges since she was only a few months old. She is 9 months now and going to see the daycare friends is the highlight of the week for her!

Staff has always been amazing, they greet us with a smile and love every pup like their own. They are very knowledgeable on anything dog related and all pups adore them. There is no other place I would trust with my dog other than Eastway.

Their daily posting of pics were a great way to let us see how our dog was doing while we were away. Highly recommend. I’ve been using Eastway Pet Resort for the past decade. My dogs love boarding and going there every other day during the week for their daycare program - and always come home relaxed, happy and exhausted.

The owners and staff are all super nice and friendly, and will go out of their way to help in any way.
