I went to this store on June 22 to buy these shoes, which were priced at $109. However, the cashier told me I had to pay $109.99 because their system showed that price. I asked if she could ask her manager, and she said she tried to call but the manager didn't answer the phone. I waited for more than 30 minutes and really needed those shoes. Finally, I gave up trying to talk to her manager and paid the extra $1. It’s not about the $1; it’s about their service and management. I left my phone number there, and the lady said she was pretty sure her manager would come back to the store on Tuesday. Let’s see… I will follow up and post what happens next.

Today is June 30, it’s happened more than a week, but nobody called me, nobody even check this messages from the Ecco store.

If there’s a no star opinion and I will definitely pick the ZERO STAR for this store.

I went from Langley at 7:15. 45 minutes one way.
The store is closed, It should work until 9pm.
Don't confuse people.

2 clerks standing off to one corner yakking. Did not greet any incoming customers even once. Just watched me search for my size, unbox the shoe, pull out all the stuffing, sit down to try it on, reach for a shoe horn etc. Finally found a SELF-SERVE STORE!

I visited the store to ask for suggestions on cleaning my shoes. Vincent (truly no less than a rockstar) not only suggested the right product but also cleaned my pair himself. I mean, I didn’t expect that and the fact he did it made my day. Vincent sets the bar for excellent customer service and I hope that his efforts are recognized by the store manager/owner and Ecco.
