My experience at École du Grand-Portage was not what I had hoped for. While the school has a welcoming facade, the reality inside fell short. The facilities are outdated, and many classrooms lack the resources necessary for an engaging learning environment. I often found the technology to be insufficient, making it challenging for students to keep up with modern educational standards.

Additionally, the communication between staff and parents could use improvement. I often felt left out of important discussions regarding my child's progress. The lack of transparency was frustrating and made it difficult to feel involved in their education.

The curriculum, while comprehensive, sometimes felt disorganized, leading to confusion among students. It would be beneficial for the school to implement more structured programs that cater to different learning styles.

I have been going too École du grand Portage since pre-primary, and I personally love this school and I am so sad that I won’t be going to it next year because I have hit the limit of grades there.

I came to this school in the 2nd or 3rd grade and left in the 4th grade to go to an English school because all the people who spoke french in my house left to collage and stuff but for the time I was there I loved it a lot and had so much fun, the only part I hated was when they had a substitute principle for a few months because Mrs. Kevin wanted to hang out with his newborn daughter, the reason why I hated it was because the substitute principal did the grading not the teachers meaning she gave everyone a C because she never saw our work but she was gone the next year, its a great school, would recommend it to anyone and the 4th grade teacher (Cyrille Deveau) gave me a pencil case when I didn't have one, I still have it to this day he was very nice and Mme Shelly was very nice to me to
