I started at Setsuko with no massage experience, and it's been an incredible journey so far. The 400-hour Swedish Massage course is a great mix of theory, hands-on practice, and holistic learning.

The teachers are amazing! Jeff teaches great stretching techniques, Nathalie helps us connect with our touch, Jenni brings energy and Chinese Medicine wisdom, and Paule Guérard shows us how the body holds onto trauma.

The meditations from each teacher are a big part of the experience, keeping me grounded and connected. I’m proud to be a part of the Setsuko community and can’t wait to continue learning here. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, heart-centered massage program!

I'm so glad that Reddit brought me to this school 🙂 The teachers are really good but more importantly they are super passionate about what they do. Great programs and workshops.
