Great School. Dedicated staff. I had 3 kids there for 4 years, they made lots of friends and they all loved it.
Superbe école. Mes enfants ont beaucoup aimé et sont tous resortis bilingues après 4 années dans cette école.

A bit disappointed. We were left out of class photos or even retakes twice, first time was understandable. The second was really no excuse, parents never got anything. Not really great with communication, as watching emails and the app can get very frustrating. More inclusive with the younger crew would be appreciated but oh well it's in the past now. Hopefully the future will be better for next parents. Some teachers are wonderful and truly deserve a medal, others you can tell have never worked with kids let alone special needs before and my child consistently reported a teacher would grab and squeeze their arm, causing pain and sometimes bruising, to force cooperation. 1) we don't do this at home, so why in the hell is it ok to inappropriately put your hands on any child?
2) what are they instructing their teachers/ helpers? To hurt kids instead of teach them? They're not animals, they need patient explanation
3) Are they even keeping an eye on anyone to ensure child safety?
When I asked her to stop and just use her words (you'd think she would encourage this in the kids) and she failed, I brought my concerns to mariewhatever (still not sure what her job is) she was just condescending, rude, dismissive and defensive instead of listening, at one point my husband said they accused me of harassment? (I only brought it up once and the next time she saw me, she was the one who approached me and asked if it happened more than once) it seemed like trying to alter this treatment to a more positive method was not going to happen. I ended up coaching the teacher myself instead over a course of 2 weeks, which is sad but I'm an educator too so it's fine, I guess.
Try to listen to parents' concerns and not be so dramatic with mothers who have every right to love their children and question the trust of strangers, or next time I will go higher but my kid is in a new grade now. Thank you. For the most part, honestly the other teachers are great with the kids and the kids really learn a lot and it's a pretty loving environment, despite the odd ego, keep up the great work..
