My daughter Ava was here for 3 years, teachers so kind and she loved it but wanted to try something different. Only downfall is the location of the studio.

We are going into our third season at EDF. My daughter wants to take ALL of the classes because she loves going so much! This school has a high level of dance, engaging choreography, classy and age-appropriate costumes, and an easy to use website setup for managing my child's class. Any inquiries I've had have been responded to very quickly and the information given to parents for recital events is extremely thorough. This is a large school and I'm sure there have been some road bumps along the way due to the scope of work that is involved in running it but we are very happy with our choice to dance at EDF and drive a fair distance just to take our daughter there.

EDF is an incredible dance studio. I am a mom of 4 girls and all of my girls have enjoyed the teachers immensely. They strive hard to assure all dancers are enjoying their class as well as they go above and beyond in assuring their are friendships made. We have been at EDF for several years and I cannot express how grateful I am to be part of such a wonderful studio. I STRONGLY recommend this to anyone considering to dance. Kelsey especially has been extremely supportive and patient in helping me find the best class and assuring the times work well as she understands as a mom of 5 my schedule needs to be flexible.
My girls LOVE it here EDF is our second family, we have developed many long-lasting friendships as well:)

We have been at EDF for 6 years and love it. It has been a such a wonderful and welcoming environment for my daughter. She absolutely loves all of the teachers and looks forward to coming to the studio every day. Thanks for all that you do to keep the kids love of dance going!

My daughter has been dancing at EDF since she was 4. She does every disciple that this studio offers. But, the teachers in EDF show favoritism to a group of girls who are not the best compared to others. There is a teacher named, Kelsey Snow who never gives anyone a chance. She only cares and thinks about her group. Many girls have quit EDF because how poorly they have been treated compared to others. This studio hurts little girls hearts, and is a place where they lose there self-esteem. My daughter as been diagnosed with anxiety and the main cause is not feeling good enough or prepared to do anything in this studio. I DO NOT RECOMMED THIS STUDIO AT ALL. Also the Intermediate girls who are in this studio are very rude and bossy, and think to highly of themselves. This studio has really cruel and mean people. Don't invest your money in this studio, it was the worst mistake I have ever done.

Edmonton Dance Factory has been a part of our lives for the past 10 years. I have 2 dancers here and during the worst year of their lives, through this pandemic, this dance school and their teachers have stepped up and bent over backwards to make sure their dancers are taken care of both physically (by keeping up with their classes) and emotionally (by supporting them any way they can).
I feel nothing but gratitude to the staff at EDF. My girls have never felt anything but pride and joy being a part of the EDF family. They have made lifelong friends here. Thank you Edmonton Dance Factory for everything you do for your dancers.

I called today to inquire for my daughter to get into their fall short term class to start next week. And the receptionist who answered was not really sincere and helpful as well.I felt like I’m talking to a robot, or she might be talking to somebody in the front, or she’s talking to me and I felt she wanted me to hung up sooner as she was like “okay, have a good day”. There’s no sincerity or excitement with my inquiries, and no helpful detail information. If you like to have this business keep running, train your staff especially reception department because they have a big impact on how they treat customer and those possible customers will be.

Have always felt welcomed and my both my daughters and I have developed life long amazing friends! Edf brings in guest choreographers from across North America for our dancers to learn and develop from.....which compliments their extensive training they are already receiving.
To respond to commments about the smell.....it has never smelled inside the actual studio and area ever in the 7 years we have been dancing there (and I have an extremely sensitive smell sense! Lol)
