This place has always been tired, the only thing it has going for it is the hockey arenas, the pool is very drab the "water slide" that going into the deep end is pathetic, the staff has always been nice though. Otherwise if I want to go swimming I go to Hinton, Whitecourt, or Edmonton. But I definitely like skating here

We were just passing through. The lady working at the front was efficient and kind.
The thoughtfulness of the of the supplies for families or for women was a nice small town touch.
The hot tub wasn’t working however the kid’s section of the pool was nice to sit in as it was warmer then the big pool.
Life guards were vigilant keeping everyone safe. As well as a nod and a smile. I would highly recommend this lovely ran pool.

We would like to swim here a lot with our grandchildren if it weren't for the cold temperature of the pool and change rooms. After freezing in the pool, you have to go into an even colder change room. The showers spray like sharp pins all over the place (if they work at all), which is very unpleasant. The rest of the facility and hockey arenas are okay, concession is hardly open. They have a bunch of activities, basketball hoops, bouncy house etc. for kids in the summers but only during the week when most people are working. The reception staff are helpful.

We need a new facility. This one's had its time. The pool is too cold and the hot tub never works. Memorial rinks dressing rooms are way too small. Great staff.

Great place to swim. Super fun place to bring your kids. All the staff is very polite and had a positive attitude. A very good atmosphere to be in. Needs a gymnasium though. But I can’t wait to see the kind of renovations they have for the future.

This pool has really gone down hill over the last 10 years, even with upgrades.. the water is always cold, it's not enjoyable, the hot tub hasn't worked in I don't know how long, and no plans on fixing it. We drive to whitecourt to go swimming cuz it just isn't worth it for us. Staff is very friendly and kind though.

Had the worst experience today, I have gone to the pool with both of my sons many times and the the life guards have been very nice but today the young girl started screaming at use after we had been there for over an a hour demanding my children get out of the do a swim test and I said no, and we are not doing anything different then we been doing for last hour or any other time we have visited then she started screaming and yelling and swearing. If I wouldn’t have been with my children I wouldn’t have snapped. We will not be back as long as she works there!
