We had an awesome experience with this dealership. Trust me we have had some horrible experiences with car dealerships. Travis was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure we were happy.
Kristina the finance manager, went over every detail and is such a delight to deal with.

I stopped in at 530 pm hoping they were open to look at my Jeep Cherokee that was making noise. Traveling from Vancouver to Morinville. Nick at the front desk was so helpful. They looked at my jeep right away. It needed work and they had parts ordered for the next morning and even drove me to a hotel and picked me up. Everyone was super friendly and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe ride. Thank you for a pleasant experience during what was a stressful travel day. The customer service we received from Travis was by far the best! We used to deal with the city dealerships in the past, and never received the same customer service like Travis’s. We will definitely support local thanks to him!

Family member purchased a pre-owned Chevrolet Avalanche from this dealership. Salesman was an older gentleman who was highly unprofessional and racist. We haven’t been back to this dealership since. Deplorable conduct.

Honestly if I could give this dealer a negative rating I would. They don't even deserve one star.

Book an appointment a week in advance and drop vehicle off on time. They asked when I needed it back. 5pm i said. Sure no problem im told. At 230 I checked up to find out it hasn't even been looked at cause some techs were sick. Okay no big deal. I'll drop back off tomorrow morning. Drop off this morning and just mentioned like if it can't be done today let me know now, I'll just reschedule. No no we will get it done. Checked in at 1230 and it hadn't even been started. Only to be told I guess I should have bought it there instead of else where. Considering the vehicles I have bought there already 🙄

Nice customer service 👌 on point. I'll ensure I never step foot on that door again. And make it my mission to make everyone aware of the unbeatable service at Edson dodge.
