She explained everything well and was sure to let me know she was available if I needed anything along the way to feel comfortable asking.
The boots were very helpful in prolonging my fibromyalgia relief, as well as the water therapy, as painful as it was dunking into that cold water lol.
The sauna was relaxing and enjoyable as well.
The whole recovery circuit was just what I needed, I enjoyed very much. Thanks for having me...
I can only imagine how I would feel combining it with massage and stretching!

Even though Winnie was not my assistant even though she was the person who gave me the tour, explained the procedures, and booked the appointment, Lanna was equally professional. Both ladies gave exceptional service. The facility was clean, equipped, and had a comforting atmosphere. I will recommend it to my friends and will visit again.

Ashley is amazing! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable she delivers the right amount of pressure needed to work things out. When I first started seeing her for frozen shoulder my mobility was very limited but after each treatment my range of motion has continually improved.

Friendly staff, great location, unique facilities/ offering and provides something "different" and healthy for individuals or couples to do as a quick refuel and recovery outing. If you are looking for a massage that will make you feel relaxed or relieve you of any muscular/joint issues that you may have, Ashley has the magic hands! I first saw Ashley at the end of year 2023 and ever since then she is my go to!
Ashley is a professional and very talented massage therapist. She has many tools and techniques to provide exceptional results. My favorite is myofascial cupping. Works wonders for a desk jockey like myself. On top of this, the staff at Elevate are super friendly and always have a smile on their face. I highly recommend Ashley and the team at Elevate!
