I cannot express how incredible Elise was as our doula. To be honest I wasn't sure if I needed one or how it all worked as this was my first pregnancy. I was very nervous and scared about giving birth but Elise was exactly the person I needed to feel confident and grounded. She supported us the entire way, helping us during labour as long as possible at home and I cannot express into words the support and calmness she provided us during birth with any hard questions, peering eyes, and all the overwhelm that can come with being at the hospital. She took photos, and supported us, even after birth with all my questions she was beyond amazing.
