I run a small café, and my coffee machine hose had gotten old and started leaking, and couldn't selling coffee.So I called someone to see ,could fix it, but no one responded. I visited Home Depot and Rona multiple times, but they didn’t have the necessary parts and couldn’t help. Then, I found this place and decided to give it a try. They connected the hose to the part I needed and made it work for me.
I was surprised at how affordable it was, and I’m incredibly grateful to the staff who helped me fix it myself. Thanks 🙂

Went into the North Vancouver location to get a toilet part and was met by a rather indifferent sales person who seemed more interested in offering obstacles to my questions rather than any tangible help.

The part ended up being the wrong part and I returned it today with the receipt. There were about 6 sales reps behind the counter, three of whom were at computer monitors. Two of the remaining three were locked in a conversation with one customer who they knew by name, and the sixth was working at another terminal at the counter. No one offered to help me or even acknowledge me. I waited about five minutes before a seventh sales associate appeared, passed on some information to the one customer who was getting 100% of the staff’s attention, and then asked me if I had been helped, as I was standing in what passed for a line of one. I said “No, I haven’t been helped.”

The seventh staff member began processing my refund when he decided to help another sales associate who was helping another customer who came in after me but got immediate attention. I had to intervene and say to the sales associate who had begun helping me, “We’re not done here, are we?” He resumed the process of refunding my almost $8.00 before I could consider my business completed.

Horrible service. Asked for a replacement screw for a newly installed toliet seat that had one of its screws break, not needing much else to fix the issue.

The rep wouldn't bother to look for the part and only suggested buying a whole new seat. Said they don't have screws. Their site clearly shows screws for sale.

This is a situation were AI is welcomed. Get rid of numbskull workers like this!!

Very polite and helpful. As I'm not a plumber and my knowledge is very limited, they did their best to help me with a solution to my fix. Thank you from me and pacific asset management.
Another great visit today. Needed a couple of fire line caps after they were stolen for scrap metal. They sent me to their Vancouver shop. It supplies fire and safety equipment. They had exactly what I needed. Very inexpensive. Thank you.
