I am not entirely sure how to properly sum up my beautiful breathing experiences with Ms. Emily. Invigorating, rejuvenating, spiritual, emotionally balancing ... Totally amazing! What a critical piece that we all overlook on the day to day- breathing. Emily is like a light for the soul and body. My Breathwork experience with Emily has been amazing. I have never did any kind of Breath work until I met Emily , I'm now hooked .Emily guides you with ease and comfort through all of it .Creates a space of ease in the mind and body. I never knew that breathing was this awesome before meeting Emily. I think it’s something that is definitely overlooked in our busy daily lives; we just don’t have time to breathe! I am glad I have made time for it. Emily is a great teacher, she knows how to provide a safe space, and lets you take the reigns of your own experience. My experiences have been profound, deeply spiritual, and absolutely life changing! Looking forward to the next workshop!

I have seen Emily for both breathwork and vibrational analysis. Her breathwork series are amazing, refreshing, uplifting, and intuitive. During the breathwork meditations, I entered a whole other world of something beautiful. The guided imagery and the music selections were an added touch that brought the meditation to a whole other level. On another service, her vibrational analysis was on point and really helped me to select the right crystals for me. Emily is a spiritual master, is highly intuitive, I love talking with her and learning from her. I would recommend her for any of her services because she has a natural talent for these types of works.
