🌟 Transformative Leadership Excellence with Natasha & Todd 🌟

I recently had the privilege of participating in Natasha and Todd’s Leadership for Safe Workplaces Course, and I can confidently say it was a game-changer for both my professional skills and personal growth. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary, blending expert knowledge with actionable strategies in a way that felt both inspiring and immediately applicable.

Dynamic Duo: Natasha & Todd’s Expertise Shines
Natasha and Todd are a powerhouse team, each bringing a unique yet complementary approach to leadership and facilitation. Natasha’s ability to break down complex concepts into relatable, bite-sized lessons is remarkable. Her warmth and clarity create an environment where participants feel safe to experiment and grow. Todd, on the other hand, is a master of engagement—his energy is contagious, and his real-world anecdotes about overcoming challenges in high-stakes workshops added immense practical value. Together, they model the very leadership qualities they teach: collaboration, adaptability, and empathy.

Had to do 6 proctored courses with ESC. All proctored exams where flagged for having a blurry ID picture requiring me to find a Webcam that was able to take a zoomed in picture. Very annoying and unessecary, just accept a scanned image of my ID and verify the exam was completed by me with the webcam

This place is a joke. Wouldn’t give me my AWP certificate cause I didn’t have their fall protection so had to get my fall pro through them even I already have it and still good for a over a year but is with a different company. their fall pro course is a is awful. I would recommend any other company besides this place!

Flawed.
I had wanted to talk about the software that does the proctoring when you do the quiz for the H2S AWARENESS course.

My husband has taken the Energy Safety Canada H2S ALIVE course probably 20 times in his life in a classroom, and has always passed in the higher 90’s mark. Now, just to make sure he is all well rounded for customer’s requirements, he decides to take the much easier course ‘H2S AWARENESS’ for the first time using a computer. He's a bit hesitant, but other online orientations and courses for oilfield stuff have not been too bad to take for the old guy.

The problem is that when he ran into some trouble on his laptop while taking the quiz, he naturally came to get me to show him how to scroll down. The video picked me up in the camera showing him how to scroll down on his laptop. The video labeled it as cheating because it picked me up in the screen. So my hubs phones up to talk to them, and he gets another chance to re-take the quiz.

He tries again to take the quiz and it fails a second time by not loading up. An east indian guy on the phone gets frustrated with hubs because hub's almost computer illiterate (Senior). The guy then gives up and transfers hubs to the software people who made the proctoring software to try and get the problem fixed.

So now he's on the third phonecall with software tech support.

Then when he was on the phone trying to get it straightened out, the video started up again and yup...again picked him up on the phone talking to the software company that he was transferred to trying to solve the problem a second time. So it failed him a third time because he was seen on a phone, and they decided he was cheating, instead of realizing he was talking to there own tech support people.

I’m a computer gal and the software is flawed because :
A. The software is difficult for people like my computer challenged hubs to navigate.

B. The Video function of the software should also be able to also record a person’s voice, because the Agent doing the reviewing would have been able to actually hear me talking to my hubs showing him how to scroll down, and not giving him answers to the quiz.

C. While he was actually on the phone to you guys trying to get this problem solved, the video feature picked him up on the phone talking to your customer service agent with the software company, and your people FAILED HIM AGAIN!!!

So again....everything got messed up so he phones Energy Safety again, and the lady says "Oh no problem K, we will just upload your certificate."

That was 2 days ago. The certificate never did get uploaded on the website so again, a complete waste of time.

If the video recording feature had the ability to also have audio enabled, we could have avoided like, an hour of trying to get this rectified. The agent doing the proctoring would have actually heard me telling him how to scroll down, not giving him answers to the test! They also would have been able to hear him talking on the phone to their own support instead of just failing him.

Please update this software, or at least forward this to whoever is in charge of this part.
