I was using their services couple of times and every time they were great.
Stuff is amazing, service is amazing.
Workers trying to do their best. Helpful, friendly , always open to communication.
They gave me a lift to rental and home one time when my vehicle was in the shop for a repairs. This is a place where you want to come back over and over again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient pickup and dropoff service. We got the vehicle we requested, and it was clean and new. We were also able to extend our rental (earlier pickup and later dropoff) with no hassle (and a fair price adjustment). We’ll definitely rent from here again, and avoid the airport fee!

I would not recommend this location at all. Save yourself the time and frustration by calling a different Enterprise location. I made a reservation two weeks ago for a truck at the Leduc location after my vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run. The day before my pickup, they called and left a message asking me to return their call. I spoke to Peter, who was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Despite my reservation being confirmed by my insurance company, Peter told me he couldn’t guarantee I would get a vehicle and then hung up on me. When I called back, he accused me of being rude to him. They claim the calls are recorded, so I hope management listens to the interaction and takes action. If you do end up renting here, I hope Peter treats you better than he treated me.

I would like to thank Baron and Gurmeet for their outstanding service on Saturday November 23rd. They certainly do their jobs well and care about the customer. I was there with my wife and got the vehicle I needed. They had it cleaned on short notice. They are just nice, kind people who care. Awesome job.

Im so angry right now I'm shaking, I'm tired of being HARASSED to pay a bill that has already been paid in full. Maybe move your finger when telling people what they would have to pay for when explaining the details. You kinda missed an important one. Absolute horrible, snobby, impersonal service. Also, didn't have the vehicle available that has requested and that my reservation was confirmed for, with no explanation as to why that happened. Just a joke overall, do NOT deal with these people!!!

UPDATE November 19, 2024: Since the reply from Enterprise directed me to their customer service, I did reach out. Their customer service rep on chat left the conversation after saying she was looking up my reservation number, so that was useless. She also couldn't speak to the issues with the claim and gave me the email address I connected with prior about my concerns. When I reached out previously, someone called me back a week later and not only was he rude, but he spoke over me and raised his voice at me. I stand by my Google review and recommendation to avoid dealing with Enterprise. Still no call back from the person who called me yesterday from Enterprise threatening to take me to collections either. Pathetic.

I come to this enterprise often when in town and always get great service. Today I went in to return a rental early because I wasn’t happy with the tires on the car for winter conditions. My car was exchanged with a 4x4 with winter tires in 10 mins and I was back on the road. Phenomenal service!!!

I usually rent through Hertz or Turo, but this time around I wanted to try something else and Enterprise had a better pricing for the time I was in Canada. Good thing I did. This specific branch is smaller than the airport but I take that as a plus since less people and better customer service. I went there and pre-booked a compact SUV AWD online. I got the car and didn’t realize to double check if it was indeed AWD (winters in Canada are on a different level, specially if you plan on going to remote areas). Turns out, I was given a FWD (not their fault as they called me the day before to confirm as the system only tells them “Compact SUV”). I called the branch and CJ was superb in providing me another car within an hour. Props to the whole team and will definitely rent from them again given the opportunity.
