My wife and I had a meet and greet.This place was easily accessible with elevator or stairs. The staff We're very Conscientious and easy to talk to. We met the doctor and he took time To hear our stories and Concerns, Which we feel will help going forward with any treatments required... Overall, a very positive experiods....

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams since he opened his practice back in the early 1980's. Always had a good experience there
.
I briefly went to another dentist in south Calgary and had a tooth implant done which went wrong from the start (temps falling out, infections, dislocated implant, loose tooth etc).

I returned to using Essential about the time the practice was just being taken over by the original Dr Williams son, Brett. I believe he is a 3rd generation dentist in the Williams family. I have had nothing but good experiences since then as well.
Shelly is a superstar amongst a very capable group of dental professionals!
I would recommend this clinic to anyone without reservation. Comfortable, clean and quiet office with friendly staff.

First visit to Essential Dentistry and I’m very impressed! Everyone was friendly, understanding and explained all the processes so there were no surprises. Well, except for the pan X-ray that my dental insurance wouldn’t cover, but that’s not their fault. Very happy to be a new client!

I have been seeing Dr Williams for dental work for several years. He does a great job and ensures his patients do not experience pain with the work being done. Dental assistants and hygienists are excellent as well.

Such a great experience! I am normally a bit nervous for a filling but the whole appointment was painless and comfortable. Even when Dr. Brett Williams froze me I did not feel a thing. The computerized numbing system is amazing. Both he and his assistant Dawn made the experience so comfortable, I am actually looking forward to going back. Thank you!

So unbelievably thankful to everyone here for curing my debilitating fear of the dentist. From the front end staff, hygienists, and assistants, to Dr. Williams, they have all been so amazing!! And now they treat my kids with love, care, and patience!! Just amazing!!
