I always shop in this store and never had the chance to leave a review. If I it's not because of my visit yesterday, I would have given them a 5 star. Their dresses and coats are very classy and stylish, appropriate for dressy occasions though on the pricy side. However, the lady in the cash register was very slow and unapologetic. I was only the person in line but the wait was ridiculous. She didn't even price matched the item in store and online. I was disappointed. So if you're shopping in this store, customer service is not their strength.

I bought two dresses in different sizes and wanted to return one. I was told they only offer store credit, not a refund, and this wasn’t mentioned in my email or receipt. The person I spoke to wasn’t helpful at all. This feels like a way to take advantage of customers and seems pretty shady. Be careful with this store—better to avoid it if you can.

If I could leave a -5 star, I would.

I tried shopping at their store in Metrotown and the lady was as slow as she could. Thinking that maybe she needed more training I bought online and paid for express shipping. Checking the tracking number I realized that they sent the order as standard and not express, which delayed the delivery date for a week. When I reached out to point this out they said that they’ll refund the express shipping AFTER I received the order. Turns out that Canada Post went on strike after that and the event I needed the dress for had already occurred. I asked for a full refund and they didn’t agree to it and defended themselves saying that it was because of the strike. To make the point clear, because I paid for express shipping the order should’ve arrived BEFORR Canada post even went on strike and that has nothing to do with them messing the shipping date. For now I don’t have my order, I don’t have the express shipping refund, and I also don’t have the money I paid for the item. Never in my life I’ve come across such a mediocre service!

I purchased a petite dress online and when it arrived it was damaged/stained so I went into the store to do the return on May 16th. I asked the Sales associate if there was any inventory of the dress in her system and she said no but I said online is showing there is one that can be ordered in the regular size and she said she's not sure and wasn't very helpful. Two days later I saw the they restocked the petite dress online so I ordered the same dress again thinking it would be a new dress. On May 22nd the dress arrived in the mail and it turns out Evernew sent me back the same damaged/stained dress which was very frustrating as you would think they would dispose of damaged dress and not put it back into regular inventory to recirculate. I went back into the store to do the return and told the Sales associate what happened and she didn't apologize for the issue and gave me a nonchalant look. I asked her is that the only section with petite size dresses and she said yes but after I walked around I saw another section that also had petite dresses. As a Sales associate you represent the brand, you don't want to provided this type of bad customer service, if you need more training then speak up. Today I went back to the store to find a new dress for an upcoming event and no Sales associates greeted me and when I went to the changing room a Sales associate told me the changing room is now closed and I said it's only 8:37pm and the store closes at 9:00pm today so why is it closed? She said they are putting out new stock and reconfiguring the layout of the store. To me that has nothing to do with me not being able to use the changing room. If they feel they need time to focus on updating the store then they should have closed the store at 8:30am so it doesn't impact the customers. I have been to this store several times now and there is strong unpleasant odor.

Very poor customer service I was about buying a dress and waiting in the line, the staff saw me waiting she ignored me and left the cash over all when I had question she was so rude and didn’t answer properly so I didn’t purchase and left store.

Went today with my bridal party to find dresses. We are very easy low key women so it was nice to have some space to try on the dresses we liked. The staff was accommodating. To our shock as this was the first store we walked into we found the dresses we liked! Hooray! We figured we would still look around, grab a bite to eat and circle back to grab the dresses as we were sure we found “the ones”
When we brought them to the front cash asking if we can have them held for us for a few hours we were met with the rudest staff interaction, she practically rolled her eyes to the back of her head not to mention the distain in her voice when she ask us rudely
“For how long?!” We handed over the dresses stating for a few hours and walked out.

I will not spend my money in a shop that treats me like I’m a hassle.
My wedding party and I chose to look elsewhere.

Thank good we did!! We found that the Bay sells the same brand!! For a better price!
We lucked out, found the EXACT same dresses for almost half the price!

I was just here and bought a nice little dress. However, some random lady was LIVE-STREAMING in the CHANGING ROOM AREA, taking a lot of space and had 20ish outfits beside her. I find this incredibly uncomfortable and felt my privacy invaded. Although people change in their own rooms, her camera covered most of the changing room public area. Also, everyone entering/leaving the changing room area was inevitably on her camera. I asked the staff and they said there’s nothing they can do cuz the lady got permission from their head office.
Well. If you guys don’t value other customers and allow privilege for people like her only because she buys more stuff, you better hope she spends more money than all the other customers you’re losing.
