F45 Training Chestermere has been life changing!
I have experienced incredible weight loss and strength gain in only a matter of months. I have found the personal trainers to be extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. They really help you keep focused and motivated!
The "Define" 8 week challenges have helped me not only to lose weight but to keep it going even after the 8 weeks. Let's face it, who doesn't want to look and feel great every day? I hate missing a class as it has become one of the most important parts of my daily routine. Thanks to the F45 team for making such an impact on my life!

My friend bugged me for over a year to try this gym and I kept refusing because I hate working out in typical gyms. I finally relented and tried a couple of classes and was blown away by how much I enjoyed it! The work outs were challenging but not over the top difficult - as a newbie I didn’t feel pressured to be anything I wasn’t - and interesting. The trainers were professional, attentive and motivating and the atmosphere was fun and left me feeling very inspired. My only regret is that it took me so long to try this gym!!

F45 Chestermere is an amazing addition to Chestermere! Many of the same benefits of personal training but at half the price! I love the variety and pace of the workouts; no time to stop and think about quitting - just get it done!! I have been at it since they opened in May and I'm definitely seeing results! F45 is GREAT and WORKS!
I have lost 60pounds 10 inches from my waist, and gained muscle and strength.

The classes are always changing, each day is a different class. Each excerise is displayed on a tv and you have a trainer helping you with your form or helping to modify the excerise so you get the most from the workout.

The trainers are fantastic Niki, Laci and Lee.
They know when to help or when to push you!

The F45 members are a big part of what make F45 a great place to get fit and in shape.

Once your get started and see the results it's hard to miss a class!

I continue to train with F45 Chestermere and now have lost over 85 pounds and 14 inches.
