J'y ai séjourné le 18 & 19 avril , hôtel très bien située, chambres très propres et moderne , déjeuner continental variė et apprécié, je vais surement y retourner.

This is a top notch hotel. I stay in many hotels across this province and this is definitely one of the better ones I've stayed at. The Continental breakfast was also very good. The beds were comfy, the pillows were really great, for me personally anyways. The showers were very fancy schmancy. I would stay here again.

The hotel was great extremely small pool and no hot tub. For a quick stop over night when heading more north or just heading out camping and want a place to stay to start early. The breakfast was amazing. The one thing the hotel was lacking is a board of what to do in North Bay. Most the staff had no idea where to eat or what to do. They need a board with local parks, provincial parks, local trails. Local companys, breweries ect. We found outdoor adventures on our own and had a blast on rented and guided ATV excursion. The hotel should have a board with all local companies and what they offer. Most hotels have this.

Good hotel and fairly priced for this small City of North Bay, ON.  Price is competitive.  I would like to make mention of an outstanding employee named Ami, who, went out of her way to really ensure that all were very happy with a beautiful breakfast.  Best breakfast Staff considering she was alone while it was quite busy.  Very Professional staff. It was my second visit and I was not disappointed.

Newish hotel located at the west end of town, just off Highway 17. The hotel itself is nice enough, with ample on-site free parking. Martha, who checked me in, was amazing! Incredibly polite and helpful. The room itself was what was expected. Not sure why hotels in North Bay can't seem to get the black out curtains right though... with new street lights, reflected by the snow, its not as dark as it should be. Additionally, while the bathroom lights are motion activated, to turn on, using the facilities in the overnight hours results in all the lights turning on automatically. Good bye night vision.||Not much within walking distance, in terms of food and drink.

We had property stolen from our motorcycle during the tornado. Sketchy area. The staff didn't give a shit. We weren't holding them responsible in any way, but trying to contact the Mgr for video footage was frustrating. Every time we called to talk to her, there was an excuse as to why she wasn't there. All we wanted was some sort of recognition of the theft so we could contact our insurance company.

I love coming to this Fairfield. The service is fantastic. From Prabhjot at the desk to was very helpful and gave us a Platinum upgrade without asking to Ami who went over and above at breakfast. |The room was large and clean and everything was as it should be.|We will definitely be back.

I am a Bonvoy participant and travel for work. This is one of the very few locations that forced me to produce my Drivers license as ID and use my credit card when all of that information used in my phone app to book and confirm all my business . Most other locations have the remote key option available, so in most cases, I rarely interact with any hotel staff. My receipt is emailed after I leave.
