My wife and I were traveling along Hwy #3 to Vancouver and needed a place to stop for the night. Checked some prices, and this was an excellent value!

Upon arriving, we were very pleased with the room. It was small but very clean and had everything needed for a night!

The owner/manager has owned it for 35 years and knew a lot about the area's history!

Great stay; well worth it!

Clean local motel for overnight travel stop. Very basic. No food service on property. Had a mini fridge in the room. We had to stand on the bed to turn the AC on since the room was warm and stuffy. Best value on the Internet sites.

Horrible from the start
When booking I called the number to ask questions it links you to a company called "reservation desk" they seemed knowledgeable however layer in the day I received a fraud alert from my bank due to the company(I use one CC specifically for trips)
Upon arrival to the hotel the man at the desk said he does use reservation desk however does NOT update them . I was told they had a hot tub and ice machine however the man said it was seasonal. The room he gave us looked nothing like the photos posted online. The room had a separate lock key for bedroom which we found to be VERY creepy .
We had to pay an extra 10$ a night for a different room.
No microwave or coffee maker as they "don't provide that" . Junction 3 is across the road and they have AMAZING coffee however .
Kitchen and bathroom light cannot be on at the same time flick a switch for the toilet and the main kitchen light went off .
Thank God I keep lysol wipes in the cat because they were needed !!!

People complaining about this place are completely out of touch. This is a bare bones,no frills accommodation. You get what you pay for! Stop expecting 5-star quality when you decide to book the least expensive hotel. Fools!

Management isn't a bubbly guy. Doesn't need to be. Check me in, take my money. Thank you.

You get a room with a bed or 2 and a working AC,yes it's loud,but cold!!!

Cheapest rates in entire town has beach access!!!

Who cares how fancy a room is when you're going to spend 90% of your time enjoying the beach and recreational activities osoyoos has to offer.

Falcon gets you in an extremely desirable location for the lowest price.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Do not stay here unless you have absolutely no other choice.

The man at the reception doesn't know what hospitality means. He is very grumpy and without a tinge of welcoming spirit.

The rooms are dirty, grimy, out-dated and without basic amenities like hairdryer, telephone, microwave. The top bedding was dirty and looked like it had never been washed. The bed itself and the cupboards and floor were grimy. We rented a 2-bed room and one of the bed was in the living/kitchenette area. The other one is in a room that is so small it's nearly impossible to move around with more than one person in the room. The kitchenette has no vents so all the food smells just stay in the room.

The only saving grace is that the super noisy AC does cool the room and there were no bed bugs. Plenty of small insects and flies in the room though.

Again, if you have any other choice, do not stay here. It's not worth the slightly lower price or location.

Checking in was unwelcoming. It was 16:30 and we had to ring the doorbell many times before we seemingly woke up someone to check us in (and we really did not feel welcomed).

The room was maybe a step up from an old dirty army canvas tent.

Dirty towel left on the shower head.

Dirty old shower curtain.

Only one of three bulbs worked in the bathroom (surely to hide the dirt).

Bed seemingly made by a 4 year old.

No toiletries other than soap.

Reversed bathroom sink water controls.

Moldy smell.

No facility to heat up anything, nor make a coffee or tea.

Loudest a/c ever, though it was cold.

Advertised heated pool was cold.

Hot tub was cloudy and full of sand.

This place might have been a great place in the 60's and 70's, but it needs a massive investment.

We will not return! I don't recommend this place. Read my one star as a no star.
