This is specifically in relation to the retail portion.

We purchased a train toy for our 3 year old for Christmas. It broke within 10 minutes of him playing with it. I investigated the item online and it has poor reviews and breaks quickly.

The staff member that spoke to my husband interrogated him about the toy and refused to exchange or return it.

I will not buy any retail items from this store ever again because they don’t stand by the products put on their shelves and their return policy is restrictive. It is better to buy retail items online or from a different retailer that won’t give you the third degree because the item they stocked and sold is poor quality.

Worst pharmacy ever! After giving them almost 2 years to get my prescriptions figured out, it hasn't happened yet! Lost medications, filling errors consistently,
untrained staff, zero customer service, apathetic owner...zero accountability. Every single time an excuse or it is the customers fault.

EDITTED TO ADD in reply to their reply. This not a single time event....it is a 2 years of constant med errors! Not once or twice, or thrice either. And extremely important, life saving meds. Once they misplaced 27 pills on one of my prescription and I was told I was a drug seeker and had taken TOO many. A month later they call me to inform me they found them, and if I'd like to still pick them up. I have discussed all these concerns with the owner to no avail. This pharmacy needs to shut down before they hurt someone. Or worse.

I love our local i.d.a pharmacy. They have great communication with the doctors and clinics. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Their store supplies many things that others in town do not such as whey protein, walden farmens, vitamins, gift cards and so on.

I travel from High Prairie, where we now have 4 drugstores, to Falher IDA because of the amazing and unique items they always have in stock. I’m heading there again tomorrow, actually!!
