From the moment that I walked in the store, I was greeted by someone in the store. The environment was positive. My makeup appointment was really great. The ladies at the store uplifted me throughout the process. Such a welcoming and safe space with great music and lovely people. I’ve been to Felicheeta Artistry a few times and each time is a pleasant experience. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, focus on your comfort and are patient with exploring options with you one on one. They provide tips for better makeup techniques and healthier skin care and the most amazing part is that they do all this with black owned products! They always have events going on all through the year that are fun and I particularly like the multi-use studio space they offer. I’ve found my favourite beauty store for sure!

I booked the Felicheeta team for a creative photoshoot of my graduating fashion design collection. I wanted looks that were vintage-inspired with bold, doll-like eyes, big hair and red lips. The team delivered and the result was fantastic; the photographers, models and myself all agreed, the makeup and hair were perfect.

Throughout the process communication with Felicheeta was quick and responses were detailed. The team truly cared about the result.
